Registration and renewal of trademarks in the USA require that Danish and other non-American trademark owners are represented by an attorney admitted to practice in the USA. With our team of Danish-American attorneys, we can represent Danish and other non-American applicants and trademark owners in matters before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. <\/p>\n

We also assist with trademark application for EU trademarks, in Denmark, and with international trademark registrations via the Madrid-system. As such, we can assist your with your global trademark legal strategy and maintenance.<\/p>\n
