Thomas Thorup has more than 20 years of experience as a business attorney and litigator. For the past 15 years, he has worked primarily with Danish-American businesses, advising Danish-owned businesses on Danish-American cross-border and U.S. legal matters.<\/p>\n

Main areas of work: Advising on U.S. corporate setup, corporate formation and administration, U.S. and cross-border contracts, international dispute resolution and arbitration, U.S. trademark registration, and general legal advice on U.S. legal matters.<\/p>\n

As a licensed attorney\/advokat in both Denmark and the U.S., admitted to practice before both the Danish and U.S. Supreme Courts (currently as the only attorney in the world!), and with his deep experience and understanding of both Danish and American business culture and language, Thomas is uniquely positioned to assist and represent Danish businesses with all U.S. legal matters.<\/p>\n

Thomas has lived and worked as an attorney in the United States for many years and is now based at our Copenhagen office. Thomas is the founder and owner of Thomas Thorup Law and now lives with his wife and three children north of Copenhagen. <\/p>\n
